Our Recruitment Process:
We start by understanding your requirements, ambitions, roles, and what it is you a really looking for, after recieving your job form or CV, a member of our team will reach out and discuss the next steps.
We then use our network to either source your hire, or source your new role. We identify people and opportunities that align, and our experience means we have the right, and up to date connections to do so.
From this we will confidentially discuss with clients or candidates. This means, we aren't sending a CV to over 100 people hoping for the best, and we aren't trying to force those into a job if it isn't the right fit for them. Our relationships are much more important than a quick fix.
From our first conversation through to the offer and beyond. Our process is clear, concise and works. We keep in touch with all our clients and candidates, because recruitment is personal, and building those relationships is key at Valentine.
